General Manager of Private Equity Fund recruitment
Job Duties:
ØIn-charge of setting up the Private Equity firm, including legal search, incorporation with regulatory bodies and staff recruitment
ØOversee all the business of the Private Equity firm
ØOriginate, evaluate and manage and close the private equity funds and investment
ØParticipate in fund raising, research, due diligence and related activities and processes
ØFacilitate the investment company and clients to reach mutual agreements
ØKeep track of the fund performance by conducting periodical review and analysis
Requirements:
ØBachelor Degree holder in Business-related disciplines
ØAt least 10 years working experience in private equity industry
ØSolid experience in dealing fund raising, investment, research, due diligence and general management
ØSound knowledge of private investment rules and regulation in PRC
ØGood network with institutional investors, independent asset managers, banks and fund distributors
ØExcellent oral and written Putonghua is a must and fluent English is essential
ØGood interpersonal and presentation skills
ØAggressive with strategic thinking and good analytical mind
