Technology M&A Associate – Bavaria recruitment
My client is a technology focused MA advisory firm, looking to take on exceptional associate level candidates. There is a clear path for career progression for outstanding performers; you will be entrusted with responsibilities from an early stage.
Description of the role:
- Manage projects, including financial and commercial due diligence
- Execute mergers acquisitions
- Execute fundraising mandates
- Manage relationships with clients
- Conduct and manage industry analysis projects
- Provide quantitative analysis, including valuations and financial forecasting
- Actively work on the origination of new mandates
You will have:
- Associate to VP level working in MA or corporate finance (preferably for a leading Boutique)
- Experience and knowledge of the technology, TMT, IT, cleantech or energy sectors
- Experience executing MA or fundraising transactions
- Excellent academic track record; MBA or equivalent degree in business administration or economics from a reputable university
- Fluent in English and German; additional language are a bonus
- Entrepreneurial personality, having displayed leadership skills and qualities
