Project Manager
I’m searching for a Project Manager for a mid-sized General Contractor in the Northwest US region. This individual needs to have a strong background with healthcare and commercial construction projects ranging from $1 million to $25+ million in total value. My
client works in the commercial, higher education, K-12, healthcare, and some hospitality sectors. In this position, leadership/mentoring capabilities are desired. Almost 95% of their customers are repeat clients so ability to build rapport is a must! They are looking to start interviewing in the next 2 weeks. Below are a few details
of what we are looking for:
Responsibilities:
· Oversee and provide direction on single, or multiple projects simultaneously
· Ability to run the project on his/her own
· Provide management for the superintendents, project engineers, subcontractors, and owners
· Ability to travel to job sites, relocation preferred
Requirements:
· 10+ years of proven project management experience, and 4 year degree in a construction related study
· Proven experience working on mid-sized projects
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Demonstrate ability to obtain and retain repeat clients
· Ability to do both interior and exterior
· Must be able to motivate, supervise, and lead a team to a final goal
· Must have good time management skills and organizational skills
· Strong attention to detail
Compensation and Benefits:
$65,000 base or higher (D.O.E.)
