We have a requirement for the position of Genesys CTI / IVR Consultant, System Administrator and below is the detail job description;

 

This is a key position which will be responsible for maintaining a large Genesys Voice Portal application framework.

Candidates should be experienced in solutions and interfaces for the Genesys Voice Portal.  Ideal candidate will have Genesys Certification GCP7-CVP.

Experienced in technical designs, development and implementation of Interactive Voice Response applications for Genesys Computer Telephony Integration Systems.

GVP Platform Solution Architect, Technical design of the GVP.

Genesys Voice Portal (v 7.6 or 8.0) Inbound, Outbound, Reporting, GVP.

Hands on experience including Inbound, SCA, CME - Reporting.

Leadership skills – must be able to take the lead in design of core elements of this project and communicate effectively (written and oral).

Configures and maintains the Genesys Voice Portal Environment. Supporting the Toll Free Network and PBX environment including adding changing and troubleshooting a national call routing framework .

Candidates must be able to develop and understand detailed project scope documentation.

Provides test plans and testing to ensure quality.

Provides regular on-call support of the Telephony environment as required.

Proven skill in troubleshooting and maintenance of the Genesys voice platform.

Analyzes problems, proposes and manages solutions both during testing and post-implementation.

Four year college degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field or equivalent work experience.

Typically 2 to 4 years of IT experience preferably in Telcommunication.

2 years experience in Contact Center development and 2 years experience in Genesys Computer Telephony Integration development.

Proven interpersonal skills working in a team environment, creating a motivation for high achievement.

Interested individuals must have strong process orientation in Development and Testing Methodology's and a dedication to customer service and satisfaction.

Strong working knowledge of .Net, MVS, Visual Basic, C, and other programming languages.

Experience in Genesys Configuration Management Environment (CME).

A working knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and Database Administration.

A working knowledge of Genesys Systems Architecture to create and maintain IVR Applications and Objects.

Must understand technical problems and solutions in relation to the current environment.

Knowledge and experience leveraging both telephony solutions and business process improvements.
