Oferta:

We are looking for Sr. HR Managers who will have the main responsabilities:

- Define and implement HR policies and processes regarding recruitment, selection, development, compensation and talent retention, aligned with global policies;
- Experience in legal HR issues: labor laws, labor market practices and all union relations regarding the unique aspects of Brazilian law, in order to anticipate labor claims and also providing the business with scenarios and alternatives to support decisions of leaders;
- Promote a pipeline of leaders capable of supporting company's growth in Brazil, structuring successions plan, coaching tools in order to promote the best allocation of talents in the organization;
- Align all Compensation plans and structures to businesses strategies getting the best match;
- Manage the payroll structure making it a strategic part of HR's management in the company.

Perfil desejado:

Academic Background: College degree; MBA or post-graduation will be a plus;
Professional Background: Generalist experience in Human Resources area in management positions; experience in start up process regarding HR activities will be a plus;
Languages: Fluent English;
Personal Characteristics: Dynamic, ownership, hands on attitude, assertive communication, entrepreneur profile, creative, analytical skills, sense of urgency, teamwork.
