SOUTH BIRMINGHAM
£9.00 - £10.00 PER HOUR
37.5 hours (subject to shifts Monday to Sunday between 8am - 9pm)

Our client is the UK’s leading supplier of attraction tickets to the travel trade and consumer. Products include theme parks, water parks, sightseeing tours, theatre tickets, cruise excursions and experiences with over 7,000 individual products available in more than 50 countries

This is an organisation that is constantly having to adapt it approach in reaction to market demands and competitor movement.

Due to expansion into the German market, our client is looking for multiple German Speaking Customer Service Advisor's. Being there as part of the start up project the role will entail servicing of inbound telephone calls from both travel agents and and the general German speaking public, as well as processing reservations, cancellations and customer enquires. The role will also entail assisting with product and marketing teams to verify quality and relevance of German content.

That's why we need someone who would be committed long term to the position as temporary to permanent. Someone with previous experience within a call centre environment in a German speaking role with an outstanding telephone manner and fluent in both English and German to a native conversational level.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established organisation during their start up project into a new sector. Role based in south Birmingham with excellent transport links and onsite car park. Must be able to start by 8th December 2014.
