German Speaking Call Centre Agent

Fluent German speaker required for busy call centre - Will be taking calls from German customers assisting with technical questions and concerns.

Logging the information on to the IT system and passing to 2nd and 3rd line if required. 

Key Requirements

- Native German desirable 
- Call centre experience or customer service
- Must be fluent German both written and verbal
