(German Speaking) Trade Finance Client Services/Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

 

-Full ownership accountable for Overall Quality of clients provided to you.

-Proactive outbound calls on open requests that need verbal client updates.

-Serve as primary contact person for allocated portfolio clients.

-Value Add Activities by understanding the client organization, business requirements and query pattern

-Collaborate with stakeholders

-Work together with RMs, Product Sales, Operations and other key internal stakeholders to solve client issues, identify opportunities for service improvement and drive increased business.

-Build relationships and rapport Clients at transactional/operational level.

-Partner with Service Quality manager to perform in-depth analysis of delivered enquiry and complaint resolution rates to clients and agree methods to maintain consistency.
