Global Cash Analyst recruitment

The Global Cash Operations Analyst works within the SEI Private Trust Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of SEI. The Analyst with functions related to the satisfactory completion of payments processing work and GWS cash processing activities. This role requires a self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive delivery schedule ensuring the satisfactory delivery of all assigned functions and client service.

The Analyst is responsible for completing the following processes as they are assigned:

• Running payment jobs (BACS/ACH/FEDWIRE)
• Production and safekeeping of checks
• Check sorting/fulfillment
• Other assorted cash/payment processing functions such as payment stop/void processing.
• Processing of manual payment requests, into the various portals of SEI and it’s client’s various Cash Agents (i.e. Wachovia, US Bank, HSBC, HBOS)
• Assisting in the management of our various non-US cash agents.
• All processing and service related to Payments/Cash Processing for the GWS Client Base
• Representing the Payments Team in all development/enhancement projects vis-à-vis Payment Processing systems such as Bottomline
• Participating in GWS client conversion activity.
• Ensuring the associated Controls around all the above activities are carried out according to policies and procedures in order to satisfy all audits and minimize any and all risk.
• Information/MIS gathering as required to ensure the team is compliant with Manage by the Numbers obligations.
• This specific position is London based The candidate must also be available for flexible work hours, including mandated overtime when necessary
• Ensuring that any specifics that need to be relayed to clients is done in a satisfactory manner.
• Responding to client and internal inquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Assisting in implementation of new technology.
• Maintaining and analyzing’ Manage by the Numbers’ statistics for the assigned client base.

    

• BA BS degree preferably in Accounting, Finance or business related field; or the equivalent in education and work experience

• Strong customer service skills required
• Must be detail oriented and able to complete the workload in an accurate and timely manner, using resources in the team appropriately to assist.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
