Global Equity portfolio manager – (Developed +EM)Asset management

A asset management firm with a large presence in the Equity market is currently looking to add a Global Equity portfolio manager to assist in the management of their global equity portfolios which span both developed and Emerging markets.

You will be fully responsible for generating stock recommendations and thematic analysis of investment opportunities from across global equity universe and acting as the lead portfolio manager for selected global equity mandates.

 

Your responsibilities will include:-

 

- Researching, modelling and picking stocks for global equity portfolios

- Contributing to thematic process and global macro-economic strategy

- Managing new global equity mandates.

- Assisting in marketing to clients and prospects

- Mentor to junior analysts and provide investment leadership.

 

Applicants should have experience working within Equity portfolio management with significant experience within the equity market and be able to demonstrate a good track record as an equity portfolio manager.

You should be working in a ‘hands on role’, involving yourself within the investment analysis in addition to coaching the investment team.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience in both developed and Emerging markets and have an interest in developed a new product.

 

Applicants should be CF30 registered.

 

You will report directly into the head of asset management and be fully involved in training/mentoring junior analysts.
