We are looking to hire an Analyst or Associate in the EMG structuring team to support debt transaction origination and execution whilst working with coverage officers and more senior structurers.
Skills required:
- Russian, Turkish, Polish or other relevant language skills for the region
- Strong ability to work in teams and generate jointly with coverage teams ideas / debt solutions for EMG borrowers
- Credit skills and knowledge of key fundamentals for sovereigns, quasi sovereigns, corporates and financials
- Familiarity with LMA loan documentation and its negotiation
- Familiarity with simple derivatives (FX and commodity options, CMCDS, arrears swap, interest rate caps / floors etc) drivers of their value and their related credit exposure / profile
