Asset Management Assistant
Sarasin Partners are looking for an assistant to support their dynamic Asset Management team. The individual will cover the duties of a team assistant, provide support to the Co-head of Asset Management, and must show a willingness to understand and become involved in the Asset Management Process.
Main responsibilities include:
- General administrative assistance for the Asset Management team such as diary management, personal expense claims, travel planning and booking and completion of compliance documentation;
- Data Platform Management including recording and managing all costs, invoicing and budgeting information for Data Platforms (Bloomberg, Reuters etc), maintaining relationships with account managers and assisting and resolving all data platform issues for all users;
- Asset Management team responsibilities such as guideline and procedure documentation management, intranet management and inter-departmental liaison;
- General diary management, meeting organisation and administrative support for the Co-head of Asset management.
Job skills required:
- Excellent organisational abilities;
- Personnel skills: confident in dealing with all levels of management, ability to manage a team of Relationship Managers, a multi-tasker, a good client communicator, ability to work on own as well as in a team;
- Willingness to understand and become involved in our Asset Management process;
- Advanced knowledge use of Microsoft Office applications;
- Positive attitude, confident, and ‘part of the team’.
