Global Head HR recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Anticipate and meet the HR needs of business leaders, and country heads around the world
- Ensure compliance of HR practices and programs in relation to local statutory requirements in the various regions.
- Work with managers to drive a high performance culture through the performance review process, ensuring that managers understand the objective purpose of their roles
- Drive employee engagement initiatives including communication, team meetings, feedback sessions, recognition programs etc.
Requirements
- A Degree holder in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline
- Minimum 10-15 years HR experience with several years at a regional or global level
- Strong HR technical skills – you will have developed your career within the HR Function rising through the ranks.
- Dynamic personality with solid stakeholder management skills.
- Resilient and ready drive change throughout the organization in a dynamic and fast-pace environment.
- ability to work under pressure and high adaptability to different working conditions and environment
