Global Head HR recruitment

Responsibilities:

Anticipate and meet the HR needs of business leaders, and country heads around the world
Ensure compliance of HR practices and programs in relation to local statutory requirements in the various regions.
Work with managers to drive a high performance culture through the performance review process, ensuring that managers understand the objective purpose of their roles
Drive employee engagement initiatives including communication, team meetings, feedback sessions, recognition programs etc.

Requirements

A Degree holder in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline
Minimum 10-15 years HR experience with several years at a regional or global level
Strong HR technical skills – you will have developed your career within the HR Function rising through the ranks.
Dynamic personality with solid stakeholder management skills.
Resilient and ready drive change throughout the organization in a dynamic and fast-pace environment.
ability to work under pressure and high adaptability to different working conditions and environment
