Global Head of Customer Analytics recruitment

Due to continued growth and investment within the business, the need has arisen for someone to build the Customer Analytics function, working closely with the Global Sales teams and providing value added insight and analysis.

Candidates will come ideally from a payments background or a high volume ecommerce business, with experience of best in class data analysis and insight. The role will entail both developing the overall data strategy and be responsible for presenting to the internal Sales Teams and external customers globally. Strong data skills (SQL, SAS and Excel) are essential, interpretation to provide insightful analysis and present to customers so a rounded background is required.

The business has grown through acquisition and targeted growth with ambitions plans for the future in an industry that goes from strength to strength. The role will also require the incumbent to build an Analytics team to deal with their thousands of clients.
