Job Description:
- Troubleshooting of applications, remote connectivity, and directory services issues related to advanced workstation support
- Remote troubleshooting for issues that do not require user interaction
- Demonstrating a high degree of patience and a strong understanding of business needs of the Firm ´s end users
- Managing complex user problems against aggressive timelines
- Interfacing with infrastructure support and infrastructure development groups as required
- Continually contributing to knowledge base as issues/solutions arise
- Collaborating in the daily hand-over of issues with colleagues in other regions
Requirements:
- University education preferred
- In-depth grasp of key technology areas – Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Current connectivity technologies and VPN concepts, Lotus notes client (advantage)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer orientation and willingness to help
- Exceptional service attitude and high level of professionalism
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Team player with positive attitude
- Active knowledge of English language is a must
