Position Requirements:
Fitch Ratings is actively engaged in research and analysis of municipal financial and global corporate credits. Fitch??s Global Infrastructure and Project Finance team is considered to be a leader in Toll Road, Airport, Port and Public Transit credit analysis, providing accurate and timely research.

Responsibilities will primarily include:
- Gathering and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and legal documents for the purpose of producing ratings, publishing transportation credit reports, and contributing to special research reports.
- Covering a portfolio of issuers and ensuring annual reviews of each.
- In conjunction with senior members of the team, the candidate will meet with senior management of transportation entities and/or project sponsors, investment bankers and financial advisors, to produce these ratings and reports for general publication.
- The position has high visibility and solid growth potential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced and dynamic environment are required.
- Proven analytical ability is critical, as is familiarity with finance related legal documents.
- The position will be located in our Chicago office, working as part of a 13 person transportation group, which covers more than 180 public and private entities, including project finance transactions.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience analyzing project finance or transportation related credits.
- Bachelor??s degree is required with 1-2 years of relevant work experience; Master??s degree preferred.
