Treasury Consultant (with international travel) recruitment
As a Senior Consultant within Professional Services, you will actively deliver training and consultancy during the implementation projects of our treasury software solutions. Reporting into the Director of Professional Services, you will be primarily focused on the European client base you will travel extensively.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•To execute Professional Services contracts by delivering predominantly on-site consultancy.
•Assisting clients to configure licensed modules and deliver training as required.
•Develop a sound understanding of the fundamental modules within at least one of the suite of products.
•Develop your understanding of the database structure by utilising report writing tools.
•Provide continual feedback to the project manager promptly highlighting any potential issues to allow a pro-active solution to be offered.
Essential Experience;
•Substantial experience in Treasury and/or Banking
Some experience within Consulting and/or working on software application implementations
•Good understanding of the financial markets
•Sound understanding of a typical project lifecycle
Desirable Experience;
•Consultancy experience
Essential Skills;
•Good presentation and communication skills.
•Perfectly fluent in English
•Understanding of databases, distributed technology (Citrix Metaframe and web), tiered applications, and ability to interrogate databases
Competencies:
•The autonomy attached to this role requires an individual with initiative and the ability to think through a problem to deliver a solution
•Willingness to deliver to tight timeframes
