Global Infrastructure Fund seeks Analyst/Assocaite recruitment

Client:

Our client is an independent infrastructure fund manager that combines deep industry expertise with industrial best practice operational management. The Fund invests in high quality infrastructure assets in the energy, transport and water/waste sectors

Role Responsibilities:

In this role, you will provide analytical support to the Acquisition and Asset Management teams of the European Infrastructure platform.

You will be involved in the appraisal of investment opportunities in the Infrastructure universe. You will be expected to take on asset management responsibilities on investments in the portfolio with a view to maximizing the performance of such investments.

Your role will include:
• Liaison with lawyers, tax specialists and other experts to facilitate the due diligence process, both internally and externally.
• Building, reviewing and maintaining financial models.
• Company performance and valuation analysis.
• Reporting performance for portfolio assets.
• Assistance in the production of Investment Committee papers

You will have:
• Experience in financial modelling, either in the Mergers Acquisitions (MA), leverage finance or project finance spheres.
• Experience of working with infrastructure investments.
• A flair for leadership.
• Strong decision making abilities.
• Strong communication and relationship – building skills.
• Strong computer skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• European Languages is a must with German most valuable
