Global Non-Life/Reinsurers looking for M&A/Corporate Financiers for corporate development opportunities recruitment
The role will involve working directly with senior members of the company, advising on external growth opportunities as well as corporate strategy, preparing financial analysis material and performing business/company valuations. The position offers an alternative career path to advisory and will appeal to those keen on an ‘improved’ work-life balance and the satisfaction of aiding a developing company at the highest level throughout a sustained time period.
The ideal candidates should have 1-4 years MA advisory experience in the FIG: Insurance sector ( Non-Life and Reinsurance coverage preferable). Our client is flexible however applicants from Bulge Bracket Investment Banks or the Big 4 Accounting firms (ACA qualified) are preferred or candidates from an existing corporate development/industry background.
For the role in Paris, canddiates must be able to speak fluent English and French.
This role will certainly appeal to those interested in pursuing a career within the insurance space and will present an opporunity to work closely and network with key individuals on a day-to-day basis.
