Acting as the key point of contact for HR projects globally, you will partner with the international senior leadership team to support the achievement of all business objectives, ensuring compliance and policy to local and regional legislation. This is a HR projects focused role covering the full spectrum of human resources including mobility and relocation, employment contracts, HR reporting, and systems and processes roll outs, in addition to providing advice and guidelines on all staffing and talent issues. This is a key influencing, individual contributor role supporting approximately 800 staff globally; and the firm plans for further growth. You will receive strong support from both the business and global headquarters.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years HR experience acquired within a professional services firm or International MNC. Applicants should be forward thinking and have a high level of initiative, and be solutions focused. Strategic with the ability to take a holistic view of HR, yet remain hands on. A track record in demonstrating resilience and overcoming challenges will be critical. You will also have good communication and inter-personal skills coupled with fluency in English.
