Global PMO – Finance Change & Risk Architecture – Leading Investment Bank recruitment
Leading Investment Bank is looking for a VP level PMO who has worked within Finance Change / Finance Transformation / Risk Change to bring design and consistency to all Financial Reporting and Risk Architecture Programmes.
You will ensure compliance with overall Finance Risk requirements and ensure that end to end designs are consistent with the strategic architecture
Responsibilities of the role will include:
Producing portfolio level reporting to ensure projects progress against key criteria such as cost, schedule, risks, issues and benefits is accurately reflected.
Ensure the pipeline of design issues and decisions is maintained and prioritised appropriately.
Supporting and maintaining project management methodologies to ensure a consistent approach to project delivery is taken across the portfolio through the use of project management tools, processes and practices.
Improving the skill level and capabilities of project managers within the portfolio through establishment of training plans and materials.
Supporting business management procedures to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and ensure tracking and monitoring of actuals to budget.
Would ideally be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CA) who understand the process within Finance (Financial Control, Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting) and has spent time in Finance Transformation, Finance Change or Risk Change as a PMO with strong stakeholder management skills.
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project).
