Manager – Investment Analysis – Major Real Estate Investment Business recruitment
In order to improve their current processes and enhance the way they review and assesses current future projects a new role of Manager - Investment Analysis is being created. Working closely with the CEO Finance Director you will have a wide, varied remit including:
• investment analysis
• financial modelling
• developing the corporate model
• working with the group reporting team
• direct market research and data collation
• assisting property teams in data collation and presentation
• preparing and enhancing management reporting pack
• maintenance of master tenancy schedule
• maintain equity analyst tracker
• support/research new initiatives (e.g. quarterly presentation to Executive Committee)
• ad hoc support on major transactions
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a background in real estate, either in a property company, a real estate fund manager or the profession. Candidates from the Big 4 who work in corporate finance, MA, modelling or business assurance would be of great interest as well.
