Global PMO for BPO transition recruitment
In this position within the Group Operations Unit you will work as a part of the project team and support a large finance program and project. You will support the Global Transition Manager in creating project plans, tracking and coordinating the project. Further you will provide regular reporting and monitoring of the project and act as point of contact between different functions within the company and third parties. We will count on you to understand project status, issues, risks, mitigation actions and the impact on other projects. Further you will communicate and create awareness of changes to global standards related to project management and support the application of these standards. In addition you will contribute to the further enhancement and maintenance the project documentation and deal with ad hoc requests. This role may require limited travel.
The role is expected to last until Quarter 1, 2013.
To your university degree or equivalent you should add five or more years practical experience in PMO work and/or project management, ideally also in the context of IT development and transformation projects. Further essential assets are experience of the financial service and/or insurance industry, advanced knowledge of project and change management, profound Excel skills and fluent written and spoken English. We expect a self-reliant and communicative personality with strong interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion and analytical skills. Also you should have a pronounced focus on priorities, time and effective work execution as well as accurate, solution-orientated and efficient working methods.
