Global Process Manager – Investment Banking Management Reporting recruitment
Global Markets client has a Director level role to manage the people, processes and technology involved in the end-to-end process of management reporting in the finance function for Investment Banking. The role involves establishing global standards through end-to-end process management and is a key enabler to delivering the CTB strategy.
The Role
- Develops processing vision, strategy, and objectives for end-to-end management reporting (MR) processes in Investment Banking
- Develops and manages standards, policies and procedures governing e2e IB MR processes
- Develops and implements process improvement initiatives in IB MR
- Drives a culture of operational excellence across the IB MR organization
- Oversees relationship with Technology teams (for all IB MR infrastructure)
- Ensures Onshore (in-country) and Offshore (Finance shared service centre) connectivity
- Manages senior stakeholders on all issues related to the end-to-end IB MR process
The Profile
- The ideal candidate should have more of a mix of management consulting/ CIO/ operations management/ process excellence. Not the technology aspects of finance.
- Experience as a BAU ops line manager, with a very strong ability to drive and manage change as well.
Real senior stakeholder management skills.
- Focused more on the ops side than the tech side.
