• Manage Investment, Banking, Treasury, Credit, Dealing, Tax, Wealth Structuring and Advisory products across the organization (and affiliates) Global Portfolios
• Implement Global Corporate Product Governance Framework
• Manage Governance framework
• Act as a Product Governance expert across Wealth Banking Products
• Implement developments to the Global New Product Approval Process
• Implement UK Swiss Product Governance Steering Committee (Deputy Chair)
• Implement Chair Asian Product Governance Steering Committee
• Consultant expert around FSA Product Intervention Requirements
• Liaise with FSA re Product Management application to business
• Implement Global Product Management Procedures
• Develop Risk assessment and Control framework within full Product Management lifecycle
• Implement full Product Development Life Cycle protocols
• Redesign Roles and Responsibilities across the Global Product Management process
• Work with Operational Risk to improve Risk and Controls around Global Product Management and Development
• Successfully reviewed all Global High Risk products
• Successfully build Key Metrics (KRI/KCI/Dashboards) around the Product Lifecycle
• Lead improvement project relating to vendor/3rd Party appointment, management and review.
• Lead TCF enhancements relating to full product lifecycle
