Global Programme Manager recruitment
Senior project and change manager with significant experience of the asset management industry, to include in-depth knowledge of asset management operations sought by this leading global house. This is an extremely high profile opportunity with the remit to implement infrastructure changes and review efficiencies on a range of transformation projects across all areas of the asset management business excluding front office.
The role will involve the remote management of project delivery teams, overseeing business change en reengineering initiatives in addition to all technology and business model changes necessary for FATCA and TOPAZ implementation. An awareness of client reference and sales data will be an advantage, together with an awareness of the challenges that affect the customer experience (client reporting, web delivery, etc.).
Applicants will be senior project managers with the proven ability to work effectively with both business and technology areas, and to build strong relationships with a wide variety of global stakeholders. A proven track record of leading all aspects of a wide range of cross-border business based projects is essential and experience must be gained from a global asset management organisation. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commercial approach and understanding of the sales environment within asset management to include TCF and other relevant regulatory initiatives.
