Posted Position Title: Global Quality ERP leader Career Level: Experienced Function Business Management Function Segment: Executive Management Location: United States U.S. State, China or Canada Provinces: Texas City: Houston Postal Code: 77064-4656 Relocation Assistance Yes Role Summary/Purpose: We are looking for a Global Quality ERP leader to lead the Quality function as a part of a large scale business process transformation initiative. The Global Quality ERP leader will drive common processes / metrics across the enterprise and institute a single face to the customer. It will also establish a regional capability that will enable growth through simple and scalable platforms. Essential Responsibilities - Transform the business enable organic and inorganic growth via process simplification ERP rollouts - Subject matter expert for designing driving common processes for a function globally. Design global template for the business processes and manage the integrity by acting as a gatekeeper for the global template - Effectively engage subject matter experts from the business function and translate their needs to solutions with high impact to business and/or its customers - Train assist the product line Functional leads on processes, ERP transactions and other aspects of the implementation - Provide direction to the site level teams on master data cleansing cutover based on the common processes and own the operational end user roles and responsibilities mapping that is driven by the common global process - Own the User acceptance testing and provide all the signoffs for key activities like Blueprint, CRP, UAT, and Cutover and Go live for the function - Own the end user in terms of training strategy, delivery and the associated change management - Manage SOX deliverables for the function. Work with the global STAT leader to ensure compliant solutions - Manage functional communications and escalations - Proactive issues management and project risks resolution - Understand and align business processes with overall organizational priorities - Manage cross-business system and process integration - Change Agent to drive ERP adoption across the function and global organization - Analyze, develop strategies and manage ERP changes resulting from acquisitions, legal entity roof top consolidations Qualifications/Requirements: - Bachelor Degree - At least 7 years of experience in relevant Field Additional Eligibility Qualifications GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
