GLOBAL REPORTING ANALYST recruitment
The successful candidate will produce a range of client and fund literature for the Company, Pooled and Mutual fund clients. The literature will cover all product types, Segregated, Pooled, OEIC, SICAV and Unit Trusts.
Core Responsibilities:
- To create and manage delivery of Client Reports, Factsheets, Regulatory Reports and Accounts and Key Investor Information Documents covering Company global client base and regional offices. You would be expected to create these documents manually, using Desk Top publishing tools and Microsoft office packages and monitor the automatic production of documents through our automated reporting solution.
- Effective management of internal and external data suppliers, including formal sign off, in order to successfully co-ordinate production of literature.
- Create, update and deliver relevant MI for inclusion in Global Client Operations balanced scorecard and to support global reporting change programme.
- To pro-actively identify opportunities for improvement in the global reporting process.
- To ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines at all times.
- To work with the Client Communications Analysts to imbed new reports and literature into business as usual.
- To create, maintain and enhance effective working relationships with manager, team, colleagues and all internal customers.
Document Production
- Create tables, charts, graphs in line with brand guidelines.
- Type set commentary and data into client and fund literature.
- Provide QA checks of colleagues literature.
- Understand standard propositions relevant to individual product suites.
- Demonstrate knowledge of manual v automated literature.
- Demonstrate understanding of client needs and demands in line with service proposition
Document Management
- Demonstrate knowledge of all technical aspects of the reporting and document production process.
- Awareness of data that you require, timing, source and format in order to produce required literature.
- Where requested, provide team representation at any relevant meeting / forum / conference communicating back to the team on output and actions.
- To effectively manage documents through the automated workflow process.
Core Skills:
- Good eye for detail, possibly gained from a similar role.
- Strong Communication and Influencing Skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and is comfortable planning and prioritising work.
- Can work effectively as part of a team and ensure that best practice and knowledge is shared across the team.
- Ability to manage relationships effectively.
Core Requirements:
- A 2:1 degree in business management, finance, economics, marketing or design.
- Experience in Client / Fund Reporting role.
- DTP Skills of industry standard applications – QuarkXPress, InDesign, Illustrator and Microsoft Office are desirable.
- Relationship Management.
