Leading Global Financial Institution is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager with exposure to Trade Services in a high volume middle office operations environment.
The Role
As Client Services Manager you will drive and direct Service Delivery in line with KPI's to ensure client relationship expectations are consistently met.
Key Tasks:
- Ensure performance and development of the Trade Services Team
- Ensure exceptional levels of client service are cosistently delivered through all channels
- Provide ongoing communication, development, training and support to the team and the business
- New Client on-boarding and management - work in conjunction with Implementations, Sales, Product and Technical Partners to achieve smooth transition
- Provide robust controls for all aspects of the trade services function
- Develop and implement initiatives to drive business improvements and functional performance
The Person
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years hands on experience of managing a team in a high volume transactional environment with an in depth understanding and keen focus on client services.
Key Skills:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effortlessly
- Communication, negotiation and influencing skills are a must
- Client centric outlook
- Strong presentation skills, with fluent English and ideally well versed in another European language (French, Spanish, German, Dutch or Italian)
- Team Player with leadership ability
- Background in financial services industry, preferably within Trade Services
