Global VP of Sales Job

This is a new and unique opportunity for a Global Vice President of Sales to join one of the most exciting and innovative global software companies who have built an excellent reputation for delivering cutting edge software solutions.

This company has enjoyed a high level of growth over the past decade and has forged  strong, long standing partnerships with global blue chip organisations.  They now wish to expand their current senior management team with the appointment of a Global VP of Sales.

The key responsibility of this role is to grow, lead and direct the global sales team to generate increased revenue, profitability and fulfil budgetary objectives. The role involves strategic planning, team management, selling, leveraging technology and improving processes.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing  strategic direction and management of sales and business development operations, developing  cross-functional,  internal working relationships and determining/monitoring KPI’s to ensure a consistent and recurring sales pipeline.

You will also be required to assist team members with complex sales negotiations and responses to RFP’s and create a career development program for new and existing employees
