Globalization Coordinator
Drive globalization efforts in Retail initiatives, launches, and expansions for GRT Training to assure global success.
*Manage translation and localization projects for training content using FilemakerPro tracking database.
*Develop strong, long-lasting business partnerships with internal customers to understand and support their localization and translation needs.
*Work closely with Retail Translation team to achieve the highest possible quality for our organization by providing continuous updates, timelines, goals and strategic requirements.
*Lead GRT globalization projects and review deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
Minimum Qualifications:
*Detailed knowledge of translation, globalization and localization processes and requirements.
*Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
*Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills.
*Flexibility to handle directional changes with the ability to develop strategies to ensure project success.
*Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing and sometimes unpredictable work environment.
*Must exhibit high degree of ownership and accountability and ability to develop strategies to ensure project success.
*Proven ability to assess business needs, prioritize accordingly and escalate appropriately.
*Creative and analytical thinking, a can-do attitude and flexibility to accommodate to evolving business needs.
*Proficiency with Apple products and applications is preferred.
Content Management:
Deliver and maintain content management and globalization solutions that are easy to use and effective for our internal customers.
Consider localization, scalability and ease of maintenance in all solutions.
