Senior Rail Lead

What is my overall charter?
You will lead major infrastructure commissions where necessary, staff, and take full responsibility for end to end service delivery of the Queensland Infrastructure Team. Working across multiple streams on medium and large sized infrastructure projects, you will develop and expand the existing QLD client base through proactive marketing and business development. Your people management skills will ensure the effective co-ordination and integration of your team with the national infrastructure team. Your success will be measured against meeting the client's overall objectives of delivering projects on time, cost and to the appropriate quality standards.

To be successful in this role you will have:
• Proven track record within the Infrastructure consulting space.
• Professional qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Engineering, Surveying or Architecture.
• Ideally with strong Client side / Owner's team experience.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams - mentoring, training and developing staff.
• The ability to "win" clients through proven network and own industry sector connections and relationships.
• Experience of leading Infrastructure commissions for medium-large construction.
