Project manage and launch new currencies into the FX suite of products, particularly focus around  emerging and restricted market currencies.

Perform Cost Benefit Analysis as part of project. Understand how markets work from dealing to settlement. Negotiate with brokers, sub custodians and internal parties.

Write end to end processes, write  market summaries and procedures and delivering training. End to end processes need to take account of controls , resources and volumes.

Considerations in evolving model is regulatory, compliance tax and market changes to tailor to business model, whilst taking into consideration legal entity structure and any strategic initiatives.

 

Skills : Strong project management

Market knowledge FX equities particularly Asia focus

Ability to work independently and as part of a global team. Understand cultural nuances.

Good communication , negotiation analytical skills and ability to think strategically.

Need to be able to work with all levels within and outside the organisation

Highly organised , self-motivated and analytical.

Require strong written communication skills to be able to document information for use by clients
