Description
Overall responsibility to work with the Head of Global Control Management to provide general support for group activities as well as periodically coordinate and manage ongoing administrative, control and risk projects and initiatives; provide guidance to business teams on control projects; deal with business, audit, regulatory and client queries on centralized control and risk activities within CSD/IS and provide direction to CSD/IS teams on control related and other shared services requests.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years experience in operations, internal audit, risk or other similar function preferred. Previous risk and audit experience is a plus.Candidate will have strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as solid technical and PC skills. Candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills and may be required to interact both with managers and staff within the unit as well as other operational and shared service units. Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Must be able to adapt to a changing environment.
