Governance and Controls Manager recruitment
This is an opportunity to join a project team where you will be responsible for the design and implementation of control frameworks across their full lifecycle. The successful candidate should also be able to effectively lead a small team and provide good understanding and knowledge of control frameworks.
Key Responsibilities;
- Run the design process from the point of acceptance of a design brief from the process and control manager up to the point of implementation and embedment processes.
- Support the Senior management in the definition and embedding of a strategy and control framework which ensures that the bank adhere to internal and external regulation
- Effectively lead and manage a team of direct reports to support the delivery of the design process.
Key Skills;
- Working knowledge of governance and controls within the financial services
- Clear understanding of a control environment internal and assessment processes and key criteria
- Previous experience of interpreting fairly complex briefs and information into practical and useable processes and controls
- Previous experience of leading a team
