SVP /Director – Regional Cash Sales recruitment

A global bank which is focusing its growth on the Transaction Banking business invites applicants to lead the origination and deal management for cash solutions.

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Identify and qualify opportunities, manage ad-hoc deal teams, and negotiate and close sales of complex cash solutions to targeted clients.

• Manage complex opportunities

• from initial identification through to mandate.

• Lead a team of sales colleagues to develop and manage an appropriate pipeline.

• Work closely with Product Management to continually develop the product set or leverage on other product set to create customized solutions.

• Provide market feedback to Product Management, working closely to develop a competitive suite of product offerings.

• Manage strategic Financial Institutions / Large Corporates partnership relationships as necessary. 

Experience/Qualifications:

• In-depth experience working with a variety of Cash products.

• 7 to 10 years of experience selling and/or structuring complex cash solutions

• Demonstrated track record of success achieving assigned targets

• Proven ability to establish, develop, and manage relationships with senior executives. 

• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic discussions with senior client contacts, and build trusted relationships with multiple departments within an organization.

• Experience with the Financial Institutions or Large Corporates client segments will be beneficial.
