Governance Manager, Group Risk recruitment

Governance and Committees are a key aspect of RBS’s transition to standalone strength and to a top quartile control function.  One of the key objectives is to deliver best in class risk disclosures to the market and timely and insightful information to senior Group Board and Committees.

Your core responsibility will be to effectively manage and coordinate the monthly and annual reporting for Group Risk. This includes the Group Board and all Risk Committees, ensuring that the Risk Reporting action tracker and responsibility schedule are kept up to date and regularly uploaded onto the collaboration site. You will also have responsibility for ensuring that all paper authors / action owners are aware of their responsibilities

You will have experience of Financial Services or Risk and will have a background in Risk, legal work or as a Company Secretary.
