Head of Brand Marketing recruitment

In this varied, high profile role, you will be responsible for creating, building and delivering the global customer engagement strategy, and for developing the consumer-facing brand proposition to drive engagement across the company’s target retail audience.  This role has a global remit working across a hub-and-spoke matrix, so you will work closely with internal stakeholders within the regions to define and implement brand and product marketing campaigns to help meet revenue targets, and will ensure consistency of the brand proposition in each market.  You will also build strong relationships with external media, PR and creative agencies, and deputise for the Group Marketing Director when needed.

As the ideal candidate you will have a demonstrable track record of marketing experience at a strategic level.  Experience of planning and delivering through-the-line campaigns is essential, as is experience of managing external media planning and creative agencies.  You are an expert in managing brand activity and engagement, and you will thrive in a robust, matrix working environment.  Also key to success in this role will be your understanding of high net worth retail investment propositions.
