Governance Specialist recruitment
NPA Specific Tasks:
- Review new NPAs for Reg W impact and regional policy compliance;
- Perform detailed analysis of monthly NPA MIS reports (aging, signoff reports, post-implementation reviews, etc.) for identification of control issues and for reporting to the NPAOC;
- Develop tracking tool/database to document reviews completed and results, including reporting of breaches to Group process and Risk ExCo;
- Develop and maintain mechanism to demonstrate resolution of NPAOC points and follow-up of conditions surrounding approvals given;
- Develop an excellent knowledge of the New Product Approval Database (NPAdb) to extract reports and prepare statistics and meaningful MIS for NPAOC and other regional governing bodies; and
- Work with Director to develop senior-level MIS and trend analysis reports for distribution.
Outsourcing Specific Tasks:
• Facilitate the preparation for the monthly AIROC meetings, including compiling the listing of transition initiatives ready for AIROC review and circulate to committee members;
• Update and maintain the listing of projects that were AIROC approved and handle any follow-up on any transitions presented to the AIROC requiring further action;
- Develop an extensive knowledge of the Smartsourcing and IROdb processes, so as to ensure it properly addresses regulatory and audit requirements;
• Work closely with the Smartsourcing Advisory Team to develop process improvements and ensure proper validations on IROdb entries are being made;
• Field general calls related to the IROdb and AIROC processes;
• Maintain an ongoing action plan to address day-to-day Smartsourcing and Corporate Governance tasks requiring follow-up and keep Director updated on progress;
• Work with Director to develop smartsourcing MIS for senior-level management
