Working with the Graduate Recruitment team this role is responsible for all activities related to Graduate Programme Management across the Associate and Analyst population.
You will provide support for all programme management activities for graduate Analysts and Associates. This will require partnering with business clients, HR colleagues and programme management peers to ensure the development programmes are clearly defined and delivered.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management experience and a confident ability to liaise with the business. You will be involved in supporting business managers from a development perspective with an ability to push back as and when required. This is a brilliant opportunity for a dynamic candidate who is seeking their next career step as a graduate recruiter or a graduate development specialist. The position has excellent growth opportunities to take on new global projects. There is also an opportunity to travel as a part of this role to view the initial training programme from a global perspective.
