This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent Engineering Graduate to join a very successful company in a trainee position. Applications are also invited from under graduates who are looking for a year in industry.

They have a Mechanical Testing Team which is responsible for proof of performance testing of fluid and mechanical systems in test stands or in the field. The company is keen to hear from graduates who would be interested in developing a career with them.
Requirements:
A Bachelors Degree in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or related, with relevant industry experience gained in a gap year or on a sandwich course.
If youre an undergraduate looking for a position for your year in industry then you will also be considered
Some Control System programming experience is desirable.
General knowledge of automatic transmission and related friction testing systems an advantage.
Ability to effectively communicate (written and oral) with colleagues and internal/external customers.
Experience of Schenck DC101 is desirable
Knowledge of SCADA and PLCs is desirable
High energy and enthusiastic; strong work ethic
Ability to quickly learn and willingness to take instruction is essential
Willingness to follow all safety requirements, including use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
