This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Back office operation team in Global Foreign Exchange. This Operation is servicing GFX clients through the US time-zone and customer service and exceeding client’s expectation is key in a very challenging environment. We focus on flawless delivery of day to day ops supporting Interbank, intercompany, institutional and corporate client base. These trades are additionally serviced by the back office regions Singapore, Concord and Hyderabad.

Key Accountabilities:

The following functions are currently performed within the GFX across the FX and Options products. The successful candidate will be tasked with accountability of one the below processes:

•Trade affirmation and settlement execution on Spot and Forward trades.

•Trade affirmation and settlement execution on structured Option trades.

•Investigation and timely resolution of Nostro breaks.

•All- Management of MIS keeping key performance indicators within agreed limits

Key Activities:

•Input and verification of FX trades and include regular dialogue with business partners, external clients and various trading desks

•Trade validation and agreement on premium payments including regular dialogue with business partners, external clients and various trading desks

•Resolution of incoming and outgoing payment exceptions for Interbank and Corporate clients

What we look for:

•Excellent organizational skills are required with the ability to prioritize daily workload working accurately and efficiently under pressure.

•Be able to dealing with high volumes in a pressurized environment

•Excellent client communication skills

Qualifications

•Educated to degree level from a numerical, business related qualification
