Graduate Recruiter – Front Office recruitment
This excellent role is a split between the active recruitment of graduate talent into the Front Office business within the Investment Bank and the development and retention of the existing analyst and associate population.
The Front Office Graduate team aims to attract, recruit and deploy top talent to meet the talent pipeline needs of the Front Office business areas.
The Markets (Sales, Trading and Research) team also focuses on the development and retention of the analysts and associates in the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the AADC (Analyst and Associate Development Council) with their key objectives for the development and retention of analysts and associates
- Support the AAC (Analyst and Associate Council) with their initiatives and linkage to the AADC
- Manage and oversee all attrition of the analyst associate population including conducting exit interviews to track feedback and work on strategy to support the population
- Support sub committees and initiatives including GMU (Global Markets University)
- Manage the Global Markets University (GMU) annual curriculum, including monitoring feedback on each session and making improvements and changes where required to respond to analyst associate or AADC feedback
- Manage vendor relationships, training budget and expenses
- Support the firms mobility objectives through managing nominated champions across Markets
- Data Management with administration support – headcount, statistics
- Support branding efforts
We are looking to hire an experienced, confident and commercially astute Graduate Recruiter, understanding of the cycle and keen to add additional value around the separate pieces of this role.
