Graduate Recruiter – Global Investment Bank recruitment
Our client is an Investment Bank with an unparalleled reputation across global markets and an established presence across Asia Pacific. With rapid growth to date and further growth imminent, the need has arisen to recruit a Recruitment professional to facilitate the successful placement of graduates into the firm.
The role will provide support to the campus recruitment teams across the region in all areas of campus recruitment activities including attraction, assessment, internments and the review process. Reporting into the Senior Graduate Recruiter, you will assist in maintaining good relationships with top universities around the world, overseeing campus marketing activities, managing the application and selection process and also help in the management of trainees through their development within the firm. You will need to cultivate strong relationships not only with internal customers and external partners, but also with potential candidates.
The successful candidate will ideally have around 4 years experience of campus recruitment, candidates from a lateral background but with a passion for campus, will also be considered. You must have excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate with all levels of people. You will need to be highly organized and proficient at multi-tasking and prioritizing with an assertive and confident personality. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
