Graduate Recruiter recruitment

Key responsibilities

Attraction/Marketing
*Build relationships across the university careers centres identified as targets.
*Work with the oversight of the GRM in relation to identifying and selecting appropriate advertising media for MG.
*Responsible for graduate recruitment event planning.
*Attending in-house and external graduate recruitment events (e.g. internship events, skills sessions, careers fairs and interview days) as an MG recruiting representative as and when required.
*Ensure our graduate recruitment website is up to date and compliant.
*Creating, distributing and uploading graduate recruitment event marketing through online and offline channels.
*Work with central marketing team to ensure marketing materials are fit for purpose.

Recruitment/Selection Process
*Responsible for candidate sifting and selection.
*Responsible for ensuring a positive candidate/application experience.
*Responsible for maintaining the applicant tracking system and managing candidates through the selection process.
*Conduct telephone and face to face interviews for various schemes.
*Organise and provide full administrative support for graduate recruitment assessment days.

Onboarding/Graduate Development
*Facilitate the on-boarding process for new full time and summer programme hires.
*Organise and oversee rotational placements.
*In collaboration with LTD, consult with business representatives and HRMs to plan and coordinate mentoring and graduate training programs.
*In conjunction with the GRM, co-ordinate and deliver feedback from rotational placements.
*Off-Cycle/Summer Internships - assist the organisation and planning of these programmes
and act as a point of contact during placements.

Graduate Management
*Support GRM in delivering effective management and support for graduates and interns.

Other
*Organise graduate steering meetings, take minutes and take forward actions.
*Providing constant challenge and improvement to the graduate recruitment process.
*Some UK based travel will be required to attend marketing events and build university relationships.

*Experience working in a graduate recruitment role within financial services or another professional corporate environment.
*Experience of interviewing and selection, including psychometric tools.
