Graduate Recruitment and Marketing Representative recruitment

Bloomberg's Professional Development team has an exciting opening for an energetic,
creative and organized individual to join as a Graduate Recruitment and Marketing
representative. Based in the European Headquarters in London you will manage the full
graduate recruitment lifecycle process working closely with entry- level recruiting
colleagues, careers services and professors, HR Relationship Managers, and Business Managers
to help design, implement and manage strategic recruiting initiatives. You will also plan and
facilitate on-campus and internal events, online and print advertising and specific marketing
campaigns to build our employer brand and ensure a high quality pipeline of candidates for
all entry-level programs. Using excellent communication skills you will build strong
relationships with hiring managers, internal logistics teams, students and careers services.

Responsibilities include:
* Plan and facilitate career fair and university event attendance across Europe, Middle East
and Africa. This includes working with universities and internal teams to arrange fair
attendance and managing attendees, stock levels and budgets.
* Organize the EMEA Summer Internship program for approximately 100 interns. This includes
coordinating marketing, induction, training, events and assessment, and providing accurate
reporting for the program.
* Manage the full recruiting lifecycle including reviewing CVs, prescreening candidates and
interviewing for entry-level roles.
* Work with teams across EMEA recruiting to leverage strategy, technology, branding, and
diversity networks, and to share overall best practices
* Plan and facilitate in-house recruitment, marketing and diversity events
* Represent Bloomberg at Career Fairs and on-campus Marketing events, and run on campus
skills sessions.
* Build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders; help identify marketing needs
and suggest potential solutions. Also work with the global recruitment team to ensure
consistency and best practices.
* Run in-house training sessions for those attending campus events
* Effective management of marketing agencies and events companies
* Planning media schedule including social media, print online advertising to ensure we
are successfully marketing Bloomberg opportunities to our target audience. This includes
working with our internal marketing teams to ensure artwork is provided to deadlines.
* Building relationships with careers services, student societies; including coordinating
society sponsorship and the on-campus brand manager program
* Handling recruitment administrative processes including managing job postings, interview
scheduling and creation of employment contracts paperwork
* Ensuring accurate tracking is maintained for reporting, measurement of ROI and ensuring
initiatives are meeting business needs

Requirements:
* Strong professional presence and the proven ability to effectively deal with senior-level
management
* Strong communication skills: ability to write well and present in front of a large
audience
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in teams
* Proven ability to multitask whilst remaining flexible to changing work flow and demands
* Proven ability to be creative, generate new ideas and take initiative
* Must have strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
* Strong project management skills, attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
* Knowledge of UK universities and experience of the milkround season
* Strong skill in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to learn additional programs as
needed
* Experience with Broadbean, Peoplesoft and Applicant Tracking systems a bonus
* Knowledge of the structure of European Universities would be a bonus
* Corporate recruitment experience, including managing the entire recruitment lifecycle
would be a bonus
* Some travel will be required to attend campus events
