Graduate Recruitment Coordinator recruitment
An excellent opportunity is currently available for a Recruitment Coordinator with the Graduate Recruitment team at one of our key clients.
Working closely with Senior Recruiters, as the successful candidate, your main responsibilities will include Administration, Attraction and Selection:
Administration:
- Answer all calls on the graduate hotline.
- Monitor and respond to all email queries to all central graduate recruitment inboxes
- Process all candidate expenses and invoices
- Maintain all relevant trackers and systems
Attraction:
- Respond to any candidate queries
- Book all logistics for campus events on-campus and on-site (presentations, career fairs, skills sessions, open days etc)
- Book any venues and accommodation necessary for open days and events
- Prepare and distribute event information summaries for all event attendees and alumni teams
Selection:
- Load interview and assessment dates on Campus ATS
- Prepare CV books
- Prepare interview and assessor packs
- Maintain candidate files with assessment feedback
- Generate contracts
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Coordinator, ideally at an Investment Bank
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience of liaising with Senior stakeholders
- Solid PC Skills. In particular, Excel and Powerpoint
