Working as a Graduate Recruiter you will be specifically responsible for one main front office client group throughout Asia Pacific. You will work closely with Coordinators based locally and overseas to ensure that events are marketed and attended to the required levels and as a result ensure that applications hit the necessary targets. You will then be actively involved within the screening process, working with line managers to ensure that only the very best candidates get through. The role will work closely with the Team Leader to ensure that the strategy undertaken is correct and tailored efficiently for your clients. Project work will be part of the role and you will need to show willing and presence in order to work with global stakeholders on these requirements.
Success will require a positive attitude combined with a business acumen that has been developed within an in-house campus recruiting position. In addition to this we are also looking for:
• China Campus Experience
• Previous graduate recruitment experience is essential
• Ability to learn and potentially step up
• Degree Qualified
