£25-25k basic, £35k OTE
This is a Graduate Sales role for a small but growing manufacturing company which makes LED illumination products for specialist niche applications. Their business is worldwide. This is a new position created due to the continuing growth of the business.
The Graduate Sales Engineers fuction is to increase the company’s growth rate by selling its products and services both directly and through distributors. Providing technical responses to customer questions. Visiting customers distributors and attending conferences and exhibitions. Full Training will be provided.
The position will be Andover, Hampshire based and therefore the perfect candidate will be located in or able to relocate to Andover, Hampshire for this role and will be a Graduate in the life sciences. You will be ambitious and career motivated.
The successful Sales candidate will enjoy a £20k – 25k base salary with a lucrative commission structure based on performance uncapped with accelerators based on experience. This is a rewarding role in an employee focused company with opportunities for hard workers and over achievers.
